I came in to the store with my boyfriend mainly because he had some questions about his plan. I, already knowing everything I needed to know and ready to seal a deal. When I approached a (brandy) a rep. I was giving a bitter unfriendly attitude which sounded more like back off. So I did I just left the store knowing I could just buy it online. Sure it will take a couple days to arrive at my place but I guess that's better than dealing with the attitude the reps gave me at this location. Definitely not friendly whatsoever, I should know. I been part of this company for over 10 years and never have I been treated like that. Maybe I should change companies all in all if the standard in customer service is dropping this much. I guess I will just keep the 1000 dollars I came in to spend.
