  • I wish Yelp would allow me to give this business 0 stars. I found a used Explorer on Fort Mill Ford's website that I was interested in. After supplying my contact information, I later received a call from Darryl who scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday afternoon between 2:00 - 4:00 pm to see the vehicle. We were assigned a sales consultant who told us all about the dealership, their pricing policy, etc. He then went to get the vehicle so that we could look at it. He returned and said that the vehicle had been sold a week ago. We live 45 minutes from Fort Mill and were at the dealership for at least 15 minutes, so all in this place wasted almost 2 hours of our time on a Saturday afternoon.
