My husband and I were both into music in our youth so we both had quite a few record albums we held onto. We dug them out of storage and decided we were going old school and wanted to resurrect our music playing love instead of downloading virtual music... Vinyl records are tangible... You get to hold them... See the shine of light off the tiny circles on the record where all that music hides. We went into Revolver this weekend and it was awesome. Just what I imagined it would be... Of course we went wanting to buy a turn-table... Wouldn't it figure they sold out that morning! The guy behind the counter was super nice and offered to call us when the next supply of ATs came in. I can't wait to go back to pick up a turn-table and buy an armload of records to take home and listen to. I plan on buying Tom Petty for sure - mostly as a tribute to the guy that really wanted to give the big middle finger to the machine-video-MTV-modern type music trends. Anyway, loved Revolver AZ records and we plan on coming back often.
