  • Stay 100 miles away from these guys. I had a home warranty with FAHW and with AHS for my home and my rental. Both of these companies use these guys and I am stopping both warranties because of bad contractors like these guys. They come out and are very unprofessional. I had to kick their guy out of the house because he was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They always find ways to say this is not covered. When I challenge it and the home warranty sends someone else, it ends up being covered but the hassle, wasted time and the agony to go through these guys is not worth it. My advice, if the home warranty sends you these guys, request someone else right away.
