  • Service is hit or miss here. I've been here three times. The first time I was here, nobody greeted me and my husband despite the fact that the store was empty and there were two employees. The second time, I received really good service, the lady gift wrapped my items and I received boxes and a shining pouch with no problem. The last time I was here, the gentleman would not give me a charm box for a gift and instead doled out the flimsy envelopes. The sales guy did not give me time to examine the charms and when I got home, I realized that one had a permanent scuff. They also have a strange cattle herding, bottleneck type line and the whole thing felt very assembly line. I'll probably just order things online. It just isn't that pleasant to walk into.
