Customer service needs an overhaul! Very poor in this area. Was offered help by a guy but was rushing through and I was getting the feeling that he was getting annoyed with my questions. He was rushing as there was another customer waiting at their counter, perhaps the other staff can help him!! I told him I will browse around so that he could attend to the guy waiting. When I decided on my purchase, I went back and another staff assisted me. Boy was he having a bad day!!! He went through my details for the purchase like a robot and printed out my order which was made online and will be shipped to my address. When it was printed out he didn't explain further just passed me the document and said all done and waked away!!!!!! Omg I was stunned and told my husband it's my worst experience in customer service!! I had to read the document to find out shipping arrangements and expected date of arrival etc. No mention of return policy and I had to ask. The staff needs to be motivated or something, felt like I was disturbing them. I won't go back to the shop most probably order online just to avoid the staff experience.
