I scheduled an appointment online with Sprint to get a new cell phone and the unlimited plan. Unfortunately, the sales agent had to cancel because Maryland Parkway and Cambridge was blocked off from an incident. I was told to come back whenever I had the opportunity.
I stopped by at the store ninety minutes before closing time. Angie was the person that greeted me. While she was setting up my account, she encouraged me to browse around. She transferred all of my contacts and photos to the new cell phone. Even though the store was closed, Angie continued to take care of the transaction. She gave me her phone number as a main source of contact in case if I had any questions. She escorted me out of the store when I requested a ride with Uber.
I came from T-Mobile, and decided to switch to Sprint to save money. I wished I could have done this a long time ago, but at least it's affordable.
