| - If I could give negative stars I would... I have a Maxima, I've been having some problems with it, I believe electrical. I called to make an appoint to bring my car in first thing Saturday morning explained to the guy what was going on, he said ok they will look at it, the day before the appointment I called to see if I could bring the car in 30 minutes later that's when I found out they couldn't help me on a Saturday because they have no mechanics that work Saturdays that I would need to leave the car until Monday for someone to work on it. The guy I originally talked to did not explain this to me. I Had to call back to schedule another appt. was transferred to voice mail, left a message, several hours later called back because no one returned my call, made the appt. That Saturday car wouldn't start, called Nissan to see if I could bring it in, once again transferred to voice mail, and again no return call. Thank god for Firestone, very available and very helpful. I will never for any reason go to Planet Nissan and I will never purchase another Nissan because of their lack of customer service.
