  • From the first phone call, Jason was very helpful. The move was from a 1 bedroom top floor of a house to a condo on the Saturday of the Labour Day long weekend. The guys(two) arrived around 9:15am and checked the layout. I had already brought down most of the boxes to the porch, left the heavy stuff for the guys. These guys would be excellent at Jenga! everything fit and off we went. They did get a little lost via their GPS. Also, the condo messed up and the gates were locked and by the time we found the Super and got everything going it was a good 45 minutes. Once everything got going again, the guys were super speedy and got everything off loaded in around 2 hrs. They even put the treadmill back together for me. The service was excellent, would recommend In & Out to anyone who is moving. They do not over-charge like some other moving companies and they take good care of your valuables. If I decide to move again(hopefully in the very far distant future), I will definitely call In & Out again.
