  • This review is a response to the one left by Yunlin Y. First of all I have been a client of this business for over 3+ years. The staff is really wonderful compared to other storage companies out there and they aren't abrupt or try to rush new students through and leave them or anyone else hanging- they treat you with respect. The place is clean and every night before 9 pm staff walk the property to make sure everything is as it should be. . There are NO homeless people living there. I actually saw you the Saturday before Labor Day and as in the office when you bought boxes and they reminded you about the lock on your unit and for you to tell them when you were moving in so they could remove it. You said absolutely NOTHING and went out the door. You show up on day that is a NATIONAL HOLIDAY IN THIS COUNTRY SALUTING THE WORKER!!! The place is closed on Sunday and on Labor Day Monday. You were too stupid to even notice that and the sign on the office door and gate that opens to the facility that says if you need help or after hours assistance please call and the number is there. For the record the regional manager is less than 5 mins away from the property. You should brush up on your English skills to better understand and if you didn't understand then bring a friend more fluent in speaking and listening to help you. The person at fault here is not the employees who run the place; it is you because you were ignorant about what to do and you ended paying extra unnecessary fees when you were too lazy to make one phone call and the 24 hour a day 7 days a week emergency line would've sent an employee less than 5 minutes away from the facility to help you because they are on-call as well to help you get the lock off or any other issue you have. I was going to help you on Labor Day as I was listening to you talk about the place disparagingly near your unit and decided that since you were being a jerk, I'd just let you sit there for hours like you were doing since you NEVER mentioned you had called the after-hours line for help to the people that were there with you.For your information we're in the monsoon season so the door was closed and a lock put on so no one would lift the door if a dust storm and microburst (please go and look this up because if you're here next year you'll need to know about them) came through for you to find your clean unit full of dust and/or mud because that does happen around here during this time of year. This place has several of the sports teams using the units. I know the guy that has sold cars at Barrett Jackson who stores his cars there before they go to auction and he does it because of the damaged cars that he lost BJ's lot after a really bad storm rolled through here years ago. This place has clients with thousands to hundreds of thousand of dollars worth of stuff that gets stored here and they keep it safe. Most of us clients over time know each other as well.
