  • I just wanted to share an example of excellent customer experience. So today I went to Skymark Shoe Repair to get my boots fixed after the shoe repair guy at Woodside Mall did a horrible job fixing the heel tips. I was even embarrassed to say to them that I went to another person to get my shoes fixed.. and that one time I did, it was horrible.. Anyway, they understood because it was closer to home.. but they fixed it for me FOR FREE! So so thankful!! They are fantastic. I have been going to them for more than 10 years, since the time I worked at Nine West. Never again will I go to another shoe repair place, even if it's closer to home! I definitely learned my lesson.. Skymark Shoe Repair has done such excellent work on all my beloved shoes + boots. (They know which shoes are my fave haha), they've even done some hems for me and fixed my favourite blouses + blazers.. Ladies and gents, if you need to get something fixed on your shoes, or get your clothes hemmed, or whatnot.. I absolutely recommend this place! Love love love them!! Just had to share..
