  • Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Many glitches and problems with my Jaguar and every time I have visited this dealership it's been a nightmare. Work has not just been handled terribly, messed up, not even done at some points, but my car was also scratched in the process. Calling Jaguar North America does absolutely nothing. I was warned not to purchase a Jaguar and now I know why. I would warn others to stay away from a Jaguar or Land Rover. Lots of glitches in the vehicle and don't expect any customer service.
