| - This review is for the service center and overall customer service at Bell Toyota.
While trying to pick up my boyfriend's Prius after repairs, it was difficult to even find someone to take care of us or point us in the right direction. (The office for the service rep who we had dropped the vehicle off with was empty.) While wandering around, looking for help, every single person we encountered was rude. When asking a middle-aged woman with glasses in the parts department where we could pick up our car after service, she responded by telling us to pick it up "wherever you dropped it off."
While inquiring about extremely high labor costs, we caught the service representative in an outright lie about the placement of the battery in question on the Prius. (Labor costs were for the auxiliary battery, not the hybrid battery.)
After paying their ridiculous rates, my boyfriend sat and waited for someone to bring the car out. After 10 minutes, someone noticed he'd been waiting and offered to help. He followed this service rep back to the parts department, where my boyfriend's keys were just sitting on the counter, with no one around.
I am thankful that this last man was so helpful, as he changed out the battery in the clicker for free, but we will not be giving this dealership our business again. After a car breakdown, we had gone to Bell Toyota because of its convenient location, but would gladly pay a little extra next time to go somewhere else.
