  • My home warranty sent Gilbert Air to fix a bad condenser fan motor. The tech came and didn't have a puller so he strong armed the fan off the motor shaft and severely bent one of the blades. He also hooked up a bunch of wires on the outside of the fan grate and he only put two screws back on the grate to hold it down. It was vibrating like crazy for a week and after calling Gilbert Air about it, they told me they couldn't come back out to fix it unless the home warranty company sent them. Needless to say, I requested another company come out to fix Gilbert Air's horrible workmanship!
