  • One star because zero isn't an option. The manager is incompetent. I always love target but this location left a bad taste in my mouth with their poor customer service. I used the cartwheel app and took my kids to get pool toys and floaters since the discount was supposed to be 30% off ALL pool tools and floaties. We picked some arm wings and and innertube and the associate Nd manager told me I couldn't apply the discount. Apparently arm floaties are considered and life vest? Pretty sure an innertube is not but they refused even though I showed them exactly what the coupon said. Thanks for costing me a crap ton of money or forcing me to leave with crying children. I refuse to shop here again. Rude management and refusing to let me use their coupons, what a scam.
