| - I am updating my review here today due to the extremely unprofessional and down right pathetic nature of the stylists at Bomb Hair. (You can see my original post below as well as inbox me for accurate before & afters of my hair). Originally, below, I felt I was being 110% fair by saying maybe Marcey was having an off day - but I guess I should have been more harsh after the abusive responses I've received. My original post was beyond accurate about Marcey and how she destroyed my hair! I went to 9037 Salon in Summerlin right after to receive a fix haircut and extensions and now it is back to beautiful BUT that doesn't take away from my natural mane totally gone and way above my boobs now. I went from what should have been a $65 trim to $1,000+ in a fix cut with great length extensions. My god. Anyway - I'm updating from q star to 0 stars now because not only did I get an extremely rude message from Marcey herself after I posted this, but I got multiple rude messages from other coworkers and friends of Marcey's attacking me. One I would like to point out in particular, who I believe is another unprofessional stylist @Bomb Hair, would be Katie W. If you are the owner of Bomb please feel free to reach out to me so I can show you everything. These foul mouth "women" should not be employed by you or anyone else for that matter. Not only did she threaten me but she continued to attack me by acting my looks calling me an ugly wh*re with busted lips and eyelashes etc etc. please inbox me for evidence. DO NOT GO TO THIS OUTRAGEOUS SALON!!!!!!!! What a bunch of pathetic women! My god! YOU RUINED MY HAIR. WHY??????? I am so upset with everything and the customer service and the fact I even paid for the cut. I wish I could go back in time.
Marcey is by far the worst stylist I have ever had, in terms of hair cuts. She has cut my sister's hair before just fine so I don't know wtf happened on my turn. Was she jealous? Being malicious? I don't think so, but I don't know. Maybe an off day? But then she should've gone home. Its taken my whole life to have as long and as healthy hair as I did. It's just too wildly of a difference in what I asked for vs what I got. Ladies, I had hair WELL BELOW my elbows and I asked for a trim! We took so much time to discuss my dead ends and what would be taken off. She said about 1 inch - held it up and even showed me what she would take off - and then I asked her to draw a line across my back to make sure that "1 inch" did not become anything more. I wanted it still well below my bra strap. Well, of course, every girls nightmare - my hair is now well above my boobs. HOW????? Never look down and be texting while your hair dresser is cutting!!!!! She flipped my hair forward after a less than average blowout And it is absolutely devastating. It has taken me a while to write this review as I have been crying so much. She has ruined my hair completely. I am devastated. I have to get extensions now which I have never had before. I gave her a huge tip too but only because I literally was lost for words and I couldn't speak. I could not bare to wait for change. I would not go to Marcey. This is a fair warning to you all. I would add pictures but to be honest I am too embarrassed. You can inbox me if you'd like to see. Tragic. I went from Malibu Barbie hair to little Asian soccer mom. What have I become?
