The hotel setup their breakfast to be a wait service only facility but fails to properly staff it for large groups that meet here at their own convention center.
One would think when you have a large group of people that all attend the same meeting at the same time, reservations could coordinate with catering so they could properly staff their service areas to accommodate the expected rush.
Either they need add one more person to temporarily assist the morning rush, or downgrade the morning service to self serve, or a stand in line as place your own order kind of thing.
Having these kinds of frustrations isn't a relaxing or productive start to our long day ahead in a conference room.
Otherwise I like the property and location. Just needs a breakfast type restaurant within walking distance.
It's shame they can't improve this vital service.
I'd rate four stars if I didn't need have to experience the poor showing in the breakfast service.
And do not blame the waitress. That poor girl was doing the she could without any help backing her up. Expecting to service breakfast to 100 people or so needs more than one. That wasn't fair to her.
