  • Sorry to say but this place is really starting to slip. Both in service and food quality. I've eaten here approximately 3-6 times a month and the last 3 or 4 times have been a disappointment. The prime rib which was always one of my favorite, was both smaller than usual and had more fat than usual. Most of the food is still descent at best but the service leaves much to be desired. Being busy is understandable but to ignore a customer for a simple glass of water while they wait to have their order taken is unacceptable. That seems to be a regular occurrence now. Very sad considering this was once a great spot to have a nice meal at an affordable price while feeling you bring some value to the place. Not sure if it's new management or understaffing but something has definitely change and it's not for the better.
