  • Even though I love their interface and Operating System I would not recommend another Apple product. They are great until something is wrong with them. I was on hold with apple care for 40 min before I hung up in frustration and the store is even worse! there are at least 15 working in this mf and 3 are not with anyone but they can't help me. All I needed was a screen repair. But apparently I need a "Tech Specialist"(another 35 min wait) to send it to the repair center. Like what do they even pay you for then?Then I go on to the computers to order online and they aren't even working. I am beyond annoyed. After I am eligible for a JUMP best believe I'm taking it.
