  • My first car wash as a new Nevada resident. Coming from California I was elated to see that I could get a super detail to my interior and a fabulous wash for 60.00!! Everything went smoothly and everyone was super friendly. After 1hr (which I expected) I was called to my car. When I saw it...... NOT PLEASED.... this is more like a normal 30.00 wash. They had to go over all of the plastic again after insuring it would be finely detailed. The back of the back seats as well as the bedliner WERE NOT cleaned. I pointed it out and it was supposed to be done AGAIN but it was not. Bugs were still all over the mirrors and front grill. The wheels still had grease and dirt was still sprayed along the sides of the vehicle. I was so frustrated to the point of actually helping to finish the work. No where near worth 60.00!! I wont do it again!! Let me add that this is a 2017 just off the lot in May. An easy clean and I will do it myself next time.
