  • Zero stars would be more appropriate... I realize there are some issues with any property management company... no one is perfect... but one issue after another!! In order of occurrence, with out any compensation or apology; -31 days to fix my washer and fireplace (Month one) -Two weeks to have someone come turn on the fireplace. -I was told my building had new plumbing... as there were replacing all the plumbing pipes in the complex... NOPE... Two weeks of having men in and out, tracking dirt... construction dust, Spackle... sand... paint. On my only day off for two weeks in a row... no compensation for lying about this already being complete before move in, or for my personal inconvenience and having to leave for the day so they can work... FURIOUS! -Numerous phone calls never returned... this is ongoing. - Hope you are always awake by 8am... if not, the leaf blower outside your window Monday - Friday will wake you up... no need for an alarm. -Tell me one more time you'll call me back in 5 mins. Then not call back ever... I dare you! -Keys now don't open the clubhouse... no one gave me a new key.... ??? - Fucking shit show... people fighting and yelling outside my patio after 11pm... I have videos
