  • I understand that working at dealership might be stressful or frustrating... However this WILL be my last Dodge since I can't afford to waste more time and energy here to get one thing fixed or even simply be able to speak to someone at the service department. I have been driving a car with musty odor and blown speaker for the last 10 month and they just keep making excuses to fix the issues. Called today and got hung up for couple of times. Good luck.
