  • Got several calls over a 10 minute period from this firm, offering to list a house in Gilbert, AZ, which we never owned. The calls were placed to my cell phone, so because I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. When I did answer - after the SIXTH call, I informed him that we are not the owners. Without comment, he hung up. If that's any indication of Kent's customer service, I'd steer clear. I'll also report this jerk to RE/MAX.
