  • We came in last night cause my husband was having severe symptoms after his colonoscopy on Tuesday. He had lost a lot of blood, vomiting, passed out etc. right when we walked in they were very kind. I stood in line to speak to the receptionist and someone had kind of cut me in line but technically was there already but didn't know they had to check in. I let them go first but the staff were so apologetic about it and thanked us for allowing them to go first. The nurses and Doctor were so kind and patient and seemed to just genuinely nice. They showed concerned and sympathy for what he was going through and were very attentive. He didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see him or for his cat scan. He got admitted and got a room fairly quickly as well, like 30-40 minutes after he was admitted. Than his nurses and Doctor that performed his second colonoscopy were very nice too. Shout out to manny who was his nurse assistant! He made us laugh and just made us feel comfortable. I had been here previously for a spinal tap and couldn't remember my experience but after this weekend, I was surprised at how well it was. Rooms are nice too! Thanks southern hills for taking care of us!
