  • I also give Super Nails no stars. I went in to get a full set, and not only did it cost me twice the amount it usually does to get my nails fixed, but it was also the worst nails i have ever had. I went in at 7 pm (knowing they close at 8) and one other lady was in the middle of getting her nails done when i arrived. I didn't end up leaving until 9:30. The nails were separating from my fingers, and the lady who did them painfully sliced 6 of my 10 cuticles with the file. Within 6 days, 8 of my 10 nails had fallen off. When i went in to ask for a refund, the manager told me it had been two weeks, not six days, and the best she could do is fix them and not return my money. Thanks, but no thanks.
