  • So let me start by saying how great the hotel looks inside and even inside the room. I stay at A LOT of Marriott properties and even work for one so some things have started to be expected. Customer service was great! Wandanda * was beyond exceptional and helpful when I lost my cell phone and needed to track it down at a nearby club I was at that night. The bellman (can't recall his name, but very informative, hilarious and helpful. ) Hugo was great and the bartender (Atin/Etin *) with the amazing eyes ( LOL) was very polite and helpful. I love love great customer service. Location of this property is unbeatable as well. Thank you to the staff who treated us ( Bachelor party of 7) with care and consideration. ....apologize for misspelling names*
