  • I went into Eyetique to schedule an eye exam. I had already confirmed with my insurance that it would be covered at this location. The woman seemed to be totally out of it, she insisted on making a copy of my insurance card. Her co worker was totally uninterested in helping her even though he was not with a customer. I left with no appointment, the woman was to call me back that afternoon, she never did. The next week, I went to LensCrafters, walked in and got an eye exam. There was a voice mail from Eyetique notifying me that I had an appointment the next day. I never scheduled nor agreed to this appointment. This place is totally incompetent in my opinion.
