  • I would like to tell everyone that this apartment is owned by Pillar Communities. Today two almost three years after renting from them and paying everything on time. Not to mention when I moved out I told the lady to notify me of any bills. I look at my credit report and they sent me collections for 152 dollars for something. I've been trying to better my credit to buy a house and they just fucked it up for me. Don't rent from these guys. When I lived there they have landscapers that would come at 6am and have really loud machines that would wake me up and they would do it for hours. I thought the management was nice but the lady never called me to tell me that I had any sort of bills. I called the office today and there was no management present. To update this review I successfully bought a house and all three credit agencies erased the claim Aventura made against my credit.
