| - Great food at a cool venue. Bruxie is located at The Park, the promenade connecting the Strip next to New York New York Hotel Casino with the T-Mobile Arena, home of the NHL Las Vegas Golden Knights. the Park is spacious, comfortable, great vibe, local artists painting everywhere, interesting sculptures and piped music. Bruxie is a fun, modern place with a very friendly staff. Lots of indoor seating with limited outdoor seating. The line can be very intimidating but then you realize its not a line to be seated but an ordering line. It takes a while, but once you order, the food comes pretty quick. We had the Holy Chicken! waffle sandwich, waffle fries, slaw and a chocolate custard shake. Came to about $27. I never thought much of the whole chicken and waffle thing, having it only once before and not being impressed. This, however, blew.me.away. Crispy maple glazed chicken, smoked applewood bacon, cheddar cheese, sriracha sauce and a sunny side up egg, wedged between a soft and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside waffle. It was perfect. I was making noises with every bite, the noises you make when its so damn good. It's been six hours and I can't stop thinking about it. The waffle fries were crisp and lightly seasoned. The slaw was crisp and creamy. The shake was rich and thick. There was everything right and nothing wrong with this meal.
