Ganesha Center is a beam of radiant and sacred light in our valley. The energy in this space is incredibly beautiful and very healing, and the people and staff are so nice. I usually attend the Kriya and Japa Yoga classes. It starts with some basic vinyasa warm-ups followed by alternate nose breathing and Chakra meditation. Its a two hour process, that takes place in a beautiful dimly light room with plenty of cushions, chanting and Nag Champa. Its a profound and gentle way to raise kundalini and get centered, and the instructor offers fresh fruit at the end_always nice. I've also done the full moon meditations with Cosmin, and few other classes there, always excellent. I'd be there more often if I didn't live on the other side of town. Ganesha center has something for every level of ability and interest, and will help deepen your practice. Here you can "Namaste" in your own way!
They will soon be expanding their center to include a vegan cafe and more services.
