  • Should be 0 "ZERO" stars. This company does not deserve any stars! AHS sent them to our home to "fix" our washer and dryer. He looked at my my washer and dryer took pictures and turned it on and said they were not broken. Drying a load does not take 4 hours to dry! That is not normal! A crack in my softener port is not normal! I have been with AHS for years and have recommended them to our friends, this Fidelity Appliances Services Team should not be in business! They are crooks. Going to give the BBB a complaint on Fidelity Appliances Services Team.
