  • I have been to many auto shops where i have accepted their poor treatment as "part of the business". I always assumed that all auto shops are the same-- too busy ( or maybe lazy) to care about the customer. This shop has completely changed my auto repair expectations. The owner is attentive, and works on property. The mechanics are hard working intelligent people who take pride in their work. This is not a sales driven business, this is a customer service driven business. I could not speak highly enough of Tom and his staff! This is the only place in Pittsburgh you should take your car.
