  • My first review was in 2012 (4 stars) but I decided to post an update because the customer service is horrible lately. I have been coming here for over 5 years but no more. Even though the food is amazing, I refuse to stand in line for 20 Minutes to be ignored when it is my turn and passed up for others who have just walked in. I was going to make a large purchase for a party but they lost out. Maybe get a ticketing system or staff that can acknowledge the people who have been waiting and making eye contact for 20 minutes.
