  • I called this establishment twice today. Once around 9am and again about noon time. Left messages for two different service writers. It's now two thirty on a tuesday. Guess they don't want my business. Getting the answering machine and no human interaction should of been my first clue. Won't be doing business with these folks, ever! Back to the BMW Dealer I go. At least they answer their phone. Pitiful at best.
