| - I have been coming to this location for several years. Sometimes by myself, other times, with a group of friends. Most often, I had great massages. The last few times I have come here I have been disappointed (cigarette hands). I keep hoping that I just got someone on an off day or a new employee, but I do not think that is the case. I just left today and feel like a piece of meat that was tenderized! The pressure was too hard and I stated so, but the gentleman continued to prod at me with his elbows. He also pulled my hair, put his fingers deep inside my ears and push hard in circles until the point I almost shouted out, and then at times, while massaging my legs, would pause for seconds at a time?? It was not relaxing and I could not wait until it was over. I have a few suggestions for this establishment:
1: Have staff on site during your open hours. We should not wait for you to call for employees. If you would like to run your business this way, you should be "by appointment only".
1: Greet your customer, tell them your name, and ASK them what pressure they prefer. Some like a relaxing massage, other prefer deep pressure.
2: Wash you hands well, and if you need to, change your shirt, if you are a smoker. It is an offensive smell, especially to a non-smoker. Huge turn off!
3: Ask how the massage was, offer your customer water and thank them. (You forgot all of these today).
There is many other establishments that treat me well. They will get my business.
