  • I wish I could give NO stars!!! Got a quote a few days ago and decided to go with them. I had a 11-1 window today. I call at 1:15 to find out why I hadn't heard from anyone since we had a 11-1 window. I was told I got bumped today because they had two emergencies and they can't get back out to me for 9 days????? REALLY? They should have been out here tomorrow being I had an appointment and THEY cancelled. I consider that an emergency!!! Poor customer service!!! They did NOTHING to make this right. She let me get upset then called me a liar claiming she called me and left me a message, if that were true why the heck would I wait until now to call them. I would have been on the phone ASAP this morning!!! Most companies that are PROFESSIONAL will move the earth to make up for their errors!!!!! NOT THEM!!! Disappointed!!!!
