  • they have quality merchandise lower than the corporate pet store, and excellent selection of birds of every kind. They also allow lay a way as well as the of the Golden buckeye card on merchandise purchase. Price and quality of pets and murchandise are excellent. But the issue is the staff and owner.. Our initial contact was with sarah. She was friendly and extremely helpful. At no time did we feel as If we were an inconvenience to her. But it was the owner and two other staff members we had issues with. We felt as if we were being talked down to. talking down to us . Each visit (approx 10-12) it was the same way. They made it so that we felt stupid. The answers to our questions were also said in a rude and demeaning way. I we also felt that some of the store staff showed favoritisim. Even though we did spend hundreds of dollars by buying 2 birds and the merchandise for them.
