  • I called because I had a leak in the hallway outside of my downstairs restroom & I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. It was seeping from underneath the baseboards & hardwood floor for a few days and I couldn't figure it out. We recently got the restroom floors redone and the guy who tiled the restroom left the flange too low causing the wax ring to not seal properly. When I called and explained how the leak was happening, Chris immediately guessed what was happening and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Glad I chose him on here!
