  • We came here after our cat had a seizure. I was impressed with how fast check-in was, given that we'd never been in before, and that they immediately took my cat to get looked at (even though she wasn't actively seizing). The nurse who took the intake report was very thorough and Dr. Cowan came in to explain the different options to me before they proceeded. We got bloodwork and x-rays done to see what was going on. Afterwards, Dr. Cowan went through the results and was very patient in explaining exactly what they showed. I was extremely impressed by her medical knowledge, she definitely knew her stuff! They were able to give us all the records and even a CD of the x-ray images to take back to our normal vet. I was most impressed by how much time they spent going over the reports, no one seemed in a rush to get our money or hurry us into a decision. I'd definitely come back if we ever had another emergency with our cat.
