  • We came for family photos and right away felt they were trying to get us in and out quickly. They never went through our options as far as backdrops and props. We assumed they would let us choose a backdrop when we viewed the pictures and would edit the background in but no...all of our photos had the same white background. As having a 2 and 3 year old it was hard enough trying to get a good photo and the one photo we liked was cut off and we couldn't even use it for our Christmas card:/ unfortunately multiple photos had a foot cut off or something of that sort. The lady who helped us pick our photos had a very dull personality and wasn't talkative and went through the photos quickly. I gave 2 starts because we got a few good photos.
