*Update!!!*
Two hours after posting my review, owner Jeff called me and left a message, apologizing for my bad experience and wanted to hear my whole story. The quick response surprised but more so impressed me because I could tell from his message that he sincerely wanted to speak to me and to help me right the wrong. I called him two days later, gave him my whole story and he was very apologetic of how things were handled. I am absolutely grateful for him taking time to resolve this issue, hearing out what I have to say and most importantly, handling my situation with outmost respect and professionalism. I told him that I don't take pleasure in posting bad reviews. However, if my experience could somehow help someone else avoid what I went through then I will post about it. I'm really happy that there are still people out there that truly care about customer service! Again, Thank you Jeff for helping me out!
