  • Chinese people love their dim sum. I took my entire family, including my 90-YO dad Chuck, to KJ Dim Sum at the Rio for my birthday. It wasn't cheap, but the food quality was off the charts. We had all the usual delicacies plus specials like chicken feet, beef balls and a full steamed red snapper fish. Absolutely delicious. It's in the Rio casino-hotel near the race and sports book. Easily one of the best dim sum restaurants in Las Vegas.
