  • There were a lot of mistakes made trying to book by the reservationists. The staff did their best to try to make it right. I had originally scheduled to see Lori and the entire schedule was botched so I never got to see her. I am still very happy with Jenny. She was amazing! But for phase 2 I was put with a student and I wasn't happy with the results. The teacher wasn't very nice and was raking through my hair like my mom used to do when she was angry. She kept making comments like, oh well we will just have to fix it anyway, as if I had personally done something wrong. Her energy made me extremely uncomfortable. I was very happy not to have pink hair but my hair actually looked better after the first process then it did when it was finished. It ended up being very brassy even with multiple purple shampoos it's still had that orange tinge and needed a lot more work to be evened out. I know it was a rehab and I was so happy not to have pink hair but with a very discounted price tag for a student it was still super expensive for the end result. I actually ended up wearing a hat more often than expected.
