I've been coming to this Best Buy for years. I somewhat agree with previous reviews about this store. I'm a computer engineer so I know my stuff. However most of the employees here are not very technical. I've never used the Geek Squad, but I have had to fix PCs that people first took to Geek Squad. After they admit to spending several hundreds of dollars on "geeks" their issues were either not resolved or even worse. That aside I will admit that employees do approach me and ask if there is anything they can help me find. I have received great service when it comes to finding a product that states it is in stock. I even had one employee take the time to go back into receiving and dig a CD out of the box. I consider that going above and beyond. Their price matching policy is pretty good. They even sometimes match online competitors especially around Christmas time. I do think their recent return policy change to 15 days is rather short. However if you are a rewards silver member you still get 60 days.
