  • I was expecting a 5-star experience after seeing all the positive reviews on Yelp, but came out hugely disappointed. It was impossible to get a price on my alarm system install. After finally getting him to come out for the consultation, I was surprised to hear that he could not tell me on the spot what rates I was looking at, but said he would email me that evening, Fine, no big deal. The email never came that night, or the next. A few days I contacted him again and he said he would respond back the following day, never did. I'm glad you're busy Modern Audio Video, but this is highly unprofessional and makes people feel like they have more important things to do then perform service on my home. I would rather you just tell me from the start that you are fully booked, and not waste my time so I can find someone who wants my business!
