| - Decided to give this place another chance, after taking one of my dog's there a couple of years ago. I remembered immediately why I didn't go back for so long. The women that work here are less than friendly. I understand that it's not about me, but when you are running a business (any kind of business), it pays to be friendly, or at the very least polite to your customers. They were neither. I brought my three dogs in for a nail trim and and the woman barely said two words to me when she took my first dog. When she came back for my second dog who is a recently adopted senior pug, I made sure to tell her that he's blind, deaf, a senior and can be grumpy. I asked if they maybe had a muzzle and warned her that he might try and bite if they didn't muzzle him. Well, she ignored me, did not use a muzzle and instead just got one of her coworkers to hold his head. He ended up biting one of the girls and she got mad at me. By this time, my third dog was so stressed, I decided to just get out of there and go elsewhere for her nail trim. I wish I'd read the reviews on this place before I gave them another chance. Would definitely NOT recommend.
