| - ***** BEWARE *****
Honestly, I did like it here. Until, I left my card there!
I was there over the weekend, with a large group and opened a tab at the bar. I left in a hurry with my group and didn't close my tab, and left my card there. Sunday was Easter, but I had confirmed with them that my card was left in their "card box" wrapped in my receipt.
Well, the next day I look on the CC online and see that I have 3 charges that do not belong to me.
$389, $150 and a $2 one during the time that my card was in their possession. None belonging to me, and they are all online orders.
I call and a manager answers, and he verifies that my card is in fact still there. I think when speaking with him and telling with the situation, I was very calm, understanding and polite. I felt like he didn't believe me, and tells me over and over that its just been sitting in the box and no one has touched it. Well someone there had to have copied my CC number down, because they were online orders.
He told me that he has never dealt with the situation but the Operations Manager, Ryan would call me back. I never heard from him. Goes to show you how much they care. So disappointing.
Your CC information is not safe there and they clearly do not care about their customers. I obviously cannot prove (yet) who did it, and I can't just accuse the whole staff, but don't you think he should of at least offered an apology, and gave me some BS excuse that their bar is not like that. Give me something to riddle me?
My bank says they are investigating the shipping information that was left and I will be filing a police report, with the individual and the bar, since apparently they do not know how to keep information safe. Clearly, they shouldn't just leave peoples cards left on the bar, in an "card box". Shouldn't it be in a safe? Ugh. If you do go there use cash.
