  • I used this UPS store for an overnight package. They typed in the wrong delivery address so the package was not delivered on time or at all. I had no idea that it was not received until my friend told me 5 days later. I had to call and give them the right address so they would take it out of holding and send again. I do not understand why they ask for phone numbers if they are not going to use them. When I complained to the owner he would not work with me at all, so basically I paid $64.06 for a 7 day delivery. I will never use this store again.
