  • My husband and I usually shop Lowes for paint, tools, etc, and found that those people are quite helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable. We were shopping for appliances, and received the ad for the July 4th sales, and kitchen appliances were on sale. We were approached by an older man, he asked if we needed any assistance, and we advised that we would like to look at some of the kitchen suites that were advertised. This request was met by a "we don't sell suites". However, there was a large sign, right behind him, along with spread out around the appliance area, that said "kitchen suites". He may want to check the signage in the area that he is assigned, because according to marketing- Yes, you do sell kitchen suites.
