rev:text	Really wish I had read the reviews about this place. Have spent almost a year on one of their wellness plans and had to go in for my dog's first yearly comprehensive exam. So I guess I'm obviously on a contract, because my plan is up in May, and the vet (nurse?) spent about 10 solid minutes telling me about all of my options and what I could sign up for next. Well, after 6 hours I called to ask when my dog would be ready, and they said to come in an hour and the doctor would go over everything with me. I went, waited 10 minutes, and a lady (Dr.?) comes out and is obviously annoyed. She won't take off the leash that they use and TELLS me that I can take it off. I ask how everything was, expecting to hear something about my 9 month old puppy's health. She says 'She could really use some obedience.' And tells me how she couldn't give her the deworming medicine and that my dog was didn't want to be touched and wasn't cooperative. Well, I gave her the deworming vial on the way to the car. Maybe the fact that you had her caged for 6 hours, only to take her out to poke her in the behind among other places contributed to the fact that she wasn't 'cooperative'. So, in summary, I heard a well rehearsed 10 minute sales pitch...but after spending well over $2000 the past 9 months at Petsmart/Banfield I learned nothing about my pet's health except that she doesn't like to be cooped up with cranky old ladies all day long. Peace out Banfield. Cancelled my plan...of course I have to pay a few more months, but those will be the last dollars you ever see from me! Won't be shopping at Petsmart anymore either...there's a Petco right down the street! Get rid of Banfield and I will be back! Oh...and Lisa, don't bother writing some pointless comment below. You know the issues that exist...and are robbing people left and right while providing service that is laughable. Maybe lead with the important stuff...Save the pathetic, obvious sales pitch for the end. I will say that the workers at the check in desk are all 100% awesome though. They deserve a cut of that commission!
